Saint Marys Bay Villa

This project became a great exercise in editing. These clients asked for our help in downsizing from a large family home into an inner city residence of much smaller proportions.

Being passionate art collectors meant that every empty wall space was precious, and we had to pay extra attention to every element we added to this home. A great mix of art, antiques and modern pieces is being offset by natural linens in earthy shades and a few sumptuous velvets.

Natural light fills the rooms during the day. The Harbour bridge and the Marina visible out of nearly every window light up the night.
